NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050852, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5 CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICAT, is the Plaintiff and LINDA DOWNES A/K/A LINDA LEE DOWNES A/K/A LINDA BEDARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA DOWNES A/K/A LINDA LEE DOWNES A/K/A LINDA BEDARD; BEACH WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
