NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 11th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019250, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1 ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1,, is the Plaintiff and ROSEANGELA SLATE, MARKET TAMPA INVESTMENTS LLC, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS 1 N/K/A ERICA HILL-ROBINSON, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
