UNIT 2C, PARADISE LAKES, PHASE III-B, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 5 THROUGH 14 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED 10/3/89 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1845, PAGE 1196, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED BY THAT CERTAIN FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R.
