NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Jan. 5, 2016 and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050612 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LINDA K WARING A/K/A LINDA KAY LUNGER; PELICAN EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1 - REFUSED NAME, and TENANT #2 - REFUSED NAME are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT 208, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PELICAN EAST CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1415, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1470, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
