NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 28th day of January, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor, the Collier County Courthouse Annex Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
