NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007743, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006-QS8 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO ZAMARRIPA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A; SUSANA W. CUNNINGHAM and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 403, OF KENSINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE (S) 98 AND 98A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
