NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2015 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-013865 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and GARY A. PRUITT , TOMMIE YVONNE PRUITT, AARON RENTS, INC, FORD CREDIT TITLING TRUST COMPANY and ROLLING TERRANCE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 28, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, BLOCK 3, ROLLING TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
