BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 20 FEET; THENCE WEST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF CHELSEA STREET 246 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF CHELSEA STREET 65 FEET TO EAST LINE OF 12TH STREET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF 12TH STREET A DISTANCE OF 310.75 FEET TO AN IRON STAKE; THENCE EAST 65 FEET; THENCE NORTH 310.68 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTH 140 FEET THEREOF, ALSO LESS THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Brian R. Hummel, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before JAN 25 2016, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer (Hillsborough/Pasco) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
