NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-001444-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RICHARD H. LAMOUREUX et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 4, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 11 OF ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE(S) 85-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
