Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on December 21, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK B, OF SHENANDOAH PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 26, 2016 beginning at 09:00 AM.
