Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 23, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2015 CA 001898 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and EARLES L. CONRAD A/K/A EARLES CONRAD, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2109, BAY OAKS ESTATES UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of January, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
