NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in 2015 CA 003464 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF AJOHN RICCIO, DECEASED; JESSICA LYNCH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK D, SAPPHIRE HEIGHTS, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
