NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 27, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2014-CA-003138-NC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT UNIT 101, BUILDING A, BAY HARBOUR APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 862, PAGE 1 TO 79, INCLUSIVE RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 865, PAGES 1 TO 79, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 18 AND 18A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
