NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015CA000516CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and ADAM J. RANDALL, COLONIAL HILLS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAM J. RANDALL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of January, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1413, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT NINETEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 147 AND 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
