NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000819-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1997-3, is Plaintiff, and DONALD E. BERTELS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2037, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT 17, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 39, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and to taxes for the year 1997 and thereafter.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
