NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008583 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank NA successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Lynn Magoffin, M&M Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. d/b/a All County Paving, Nantucket 1 Condominium Association, Inc., Nice Services, Inc., Sun City West Master Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
