NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000784-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-4, is Plaintiff, and ELAINA MELISSA MENDENHALL, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Tract 23, LESS AND EXCEPT the West 432.00 feet thereof and LESS AND EXCEPT the East 20.00 feet thereof for right-of-way in Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, of the public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS the South 165.00 feet thereof.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1990 Peachtree Motor Home/Peace Doublewide Mobile Home with Vehicle Identification Numbers: PSHGA6715A AND PSHGA6715B and with Title Numbers: 48241184 and 48241161.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
