NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2015 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on April 27, 2016, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 467, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT 6, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 69, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
