NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale date , entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-003920 (N) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF CRISTINA TIRELLA A/K/A CRISTINA MARIA TIRELLA A/K/A CRISTINA M. TIRELLA, DECEASED; ALFRED JOSEPH TIRELLA A/K/A ALFRED J. TIRELLA; JULIA ELIZABETH TIRELLA; ANGELA CRISTINE REYES A/K/A ANGELA C. REYES F/K/A ANGELA CRISTINE TIRELLA; ALFRED LUIS TIRELLA; BAYSHORE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, BAYSHORE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4026, PAGE 212 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 23, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
