LINGERFELT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2015, in Case No.: 51-2015-CA-000090-AX-ES in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pasco County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A.is the Plaintiff, and LARRY W. LINGERFELT, et al. are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pasco County:
Lot 3, Drake Subdivision II, (unrecorded) being further described as: The North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Tract 9, Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, in Section 1, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an easement for ingress-egress and utilities over and across the North 17.50 feet of the South 1/2 of the West 1/2 and over and across the South 17.50 feet to the North 1/2 of the West 1/2 of said Tract 9.
The above property will be sold on March 3, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
