LOT 13, BLOCK 1, CARROLTON LAKES, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 0073, Page 0048, Public Records of Hillsborough County. With the following street address: 16504 Lake Heather Drive, Tampa, Florida, 33618.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 5, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
