NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015697of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8, is Plaintiff and RUBEN CARRILLO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 32, Tropical Acres South Unit No. 5B, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 20, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 12306 Big Bend Road, Riverview, FL 33579
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
