NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 08, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-15198 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and RAFE K. LUCAS A/K/A RAFE KYLE LUCAS; BEVERLY E. BOOTHE A/K/A BEVELEY ELLEN BOOTHE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA VIZ: THE SOUTH 80.00 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 3, WEST PRINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
