LOT 13, BLOCK 6, BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “DD” PHASE 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4625 DAVENTRY PLACE, VALRICO, FL 33596; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
