NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2014-CA-001454, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILFREDO RODRIGUEZ ROBLES A/K/A WILFREDO RODRIGUEZ; MEADOW VIEW OAKS OF POLK COUNTY HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAQUEL GAUD-MUNIZ A/K/A RAQUEL GAUD MUNIZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 19th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, MEADOW VIEW OAKS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 141, PAGE 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 2008 DOUBLE WIDE PALM HARBOR MOBILE HOME VIN# PH09-17081-A/B FL
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
