TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM; THE SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT BEING A PART OF THE CONDOMINIUM KNOWN AS TYMBER SKAN ON THE LAKE, SECTION ONE.
