NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010208-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EMX1 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession; Bella Terra Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11101 OF BELLA TERRA, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8056, PAGE 1458, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
