NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003400-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is Plaintiff, and JUNAIRA ALVIRA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 75, Block A, Villages of Rio Pinar Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 97-103 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
