NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008249-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAM E. JONES A/K/A SAM JONES;AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY; TYNEICIA R. SHACKELFORD and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of February, 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK G, SOUTHWOOD , SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 124 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
