NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-002280 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Patricia Tristani a/k/a Patricia M. Tristani, Sylvester Tristani, Elbert C. Weaver, Trustee of the Elbert C. Weaver Revocable Trust dated 10/15/1992, Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
