NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13000890CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DAWN J. GENTHER SHAWN P. GENTHER DEEP CREEK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 6 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 595, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
