NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1-5-16, and entered in 15000737CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE BANK ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007- AR1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR1, is the Plaintiff and MAGGIE WICKSON A/K/A MARGARET B. WICKSON A/K/A MARGARET EILEEN BARBER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC WICKSON A/K/A ERIC J. WICKSON N/K/A KELLY WICKSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on 2-8-16, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
