NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Jan. 7, 2016 and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050415 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AA3 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and THOMAS RADZIENDA; NADINE M RADZIENDA A/K/A NADINE RADZIENDA; SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 703, BUILDING 7, SOUTH POINTE WEST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1634, PAGE 1240, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
