BOOK 1854, PAGE 3435, O.R. BOOK 1976, PAGE 2859, O.R. BOOK 2705, PAGE 2048, O.R. BOOK 2792, PAGE 3650, AND O.R. BOOK 2792, PAGE 3653, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
