NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2016, entered in Civil Case No: 15-CA-050619 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LEONIDES GONZALEZ; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 10 day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 2194, UNIT 33, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 40-61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
