NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-050362 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Victoria L. Reeves a/k/a Victoria Reeves are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BRISTOL PARC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 39, 40, AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
