NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-000607, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQU ITY TRUST 2006-17, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17 is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY M. DENARDIS A/K/A TIMOTHY DENARDIS; KELLY A. DENARDIS A/K/A KELLY DENARDIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED RESIDENTIAL LENDING, LLC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash Live Sale - in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, FOUR SEASONS. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 95 TO 97, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
