NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-000084 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of The Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9, Plaintiff and Shelley H. Woods a/k/a Shelley Harris Woods and Brian Woods are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on February 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 41, GRAND PINES EAST PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
