THE GRANTOR WARRANTS THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS NOT THE GRANTORS HOMESTEAD AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE X, SECTION 4, CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA BECAUSE NEITHER THE GRANTOR NOR ANY DEFENDANTS OF GRANTOR RESIDE ON THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY OR UPON ANY REAL PROPERTY CONTINUOUS THERETO.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on February 5, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus PROCEEDS from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
