LOT 9, BLOCK B, MERRIMACK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 346 FAIRFAX DR, FORT MYERS, FL 33905.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 10 day of February, 2016, online, beginning at 9:00 AM (ET), at www.lee.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
