NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Jan. 7, 2016 and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050368 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT H GOODYKOONTZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT H GOODYKOONTZ; GEORGANNE CHANDLER A/K/A GEORGANNE GOODYKOONTZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
