Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 4th day of February 2016, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
