NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA-000533-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Anil Moonasar, Tenant # 1 also known as Heather Wernmeister, Tenant # 2 also known as Joseph Black, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 4th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 3 AND PART OF CLOSED ALLEY LYING NORTH OF THE SAME, BLOCK B, AVONDALE, LESS S.R. S-17, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
