NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052771 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF ARNOLD J. KUREK A/K/A ARNOLD KUREK A/K/A ARNOLD JOHN KUREK, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 12, TAMIAMI VILLAGE, (FORMERLY KNOWN AS LEESURE VILLAGE), TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 60 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1980 MOBILE HOME BEARING VIN 13002747A/13002747B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
