NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2016 in Case No. 2014 CA 005133 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2014-4, Plaintiff, and, MANUEL L. AVALOS; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a ALEXANDRIA AVALOS; Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th of February, 2016,the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 1/2 of: Begin on the North line of Little Pittsburg Road 6 feet West of the East line of East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, thence West 150 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 175 feet; thence West 175 feet more or less to West line of said East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4; thence South to North line of Little Pittsburg Road; thence East 175 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida.
