NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Jan. 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050165 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and JAMES JOHN O'BRIEN, JR A/K/A JAMES J. O'BRIEN, JR., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 1226, Unit 19, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 127, in the public records of Lee County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
