NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA004362AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance LLC, Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, N.A. Successor By Merger Citibank, Fsb, Luanne Abbott, Scott Abbott, Timberlake Village Association Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
