NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and James Duncan, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Evelyn C. Stone a/k/a Evelyn Stone, deceased, James Carl Duncan a/k/a James Duncan, as an Heir of the Estate of Evelyn C. Stone a/k/a Evelyn Stone, deceased, Target National Bank, The Unknown Spouse of James Duncan n/k/a Penny Duncan, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT NO. 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
