NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000506 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, Successor Trustee To Citibank, N.A., As Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE5, is the Plaintiff and Johnny L. Hughes, Retha Mae Cochran et al, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 51 AND THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 52, PALM RIDGE UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
