NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005926 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff and EDWARD LUTZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 16th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 578, of COPPERSTONE PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page(s) 178 through 201, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 11510 84th Circle East, Unit 102, Parrish, FL 34219
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
